Nutrition is a big part of my recovery from the hardships of my past. I feel that eating well is the highest form of self-care. Why? Because we are literally made up of food … so what we put in our body matters! No matter what a person is struggling with, it can be made better with proper nourishment. My wish for my clients to stop fighting with food and with themselves, and start seeing food for what it is, a necessary part of life meant to be enjoyed!
